Harmony Tapper
Website Designer & IT Lead, PMW International Educational Rescue Foundation
I bring passion and purpose to my role as PMW International Educational Rescue Foundation's website designer and IT lead. I’ve always believed in the power of dreams, and throughout my career, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others turn their visions into reality—whether it’s through my own consulting business creating websites and content, tutoring students, or offering peer support.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from Temple University, where I focused on how the socio-economic status of urban communities relates to crime and justice. After spending a year in law school, I shifted gears and pursued a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from West Chester University, specializing in educational policy and ethics. I’m deeply passionate about advocating for lower-income schools to receive more funding and resources because I believe these investments uplift entire communities.
Currently, I support the Philadelphia Department of Human Services, helping professionals work more effectively to serve their communities. I’m proud to channel my skills into expanding access to education for disadvantaged youth around the world, one digital spark at a time.
When I’m not working, I love to travel, watch my child live out her dreams, and relax by reading on the beach
